Lisa Vereertbrugghen is een choreograaf, danser en dramaturg woonachtig te Brussel die onderzoek doet naar social dance en hoe muziek en dans inter-ageren op de dansvloer. Sinds 2014 doet ze onderzoek naar hardcore techno muziek en -dansstijlen en sinds 2025 ook naar de slow. Haar werk uit zich in verschillende formats tussen dans, performance, installatie en technomeditaties en stond op nationale en internationale podia en festivals als Fierce Festival Birmingham, Santarcangelo Festival, OKTOBERDANS (NW), Les Rencontres chorégraphiques internationales (Parijs), Festival de Marseille, Latitudes Contemporaines Lille en December Dance in Brugge.

Lisa Vereertbrugghen is a choreographer, dancer, and dramaturg based in Brussels, researching social dance and how music and dance interact on the dancefloor. Since 2014 her research has evolved around hardcore techno music and dance styles and it recently also includes slow dancing. Her work takes various forms, including dance, performance, installation, and techno meditations, and has been presented on national and international stages and festivals such as Fierce Festival Birmingham, Santarcangelo Festival, OKTOBERDANS (NW), Les Rencontres chorégraphiques internationales (Paris), Festival de Marseille, Latitudes Contemporaines Lille, and December Dance in Bruges.
