Het belichamen van poëzie in beweging
In het midden van een cirkelvormige opstelling bevindt zich een niet-anatomisch lichaam, gemaakt van spiegelend materiaal. Het is een kern of concretie, vergelijkbaar met een minerale vorm of een verzameling van digitale pixels en afgeplatte beelden. Deze massa breidt zich uit en krimpt weer in de ruimte, en ondergaat verschillende transformaties. Soms verschijnen er menselijke of dierlijke silhouetten om vervolgens weer te verdwijnen in een compactere vorm, waardoor vluchtige en onzekere beelden ontstaan.
De bewegingen die in deze monoliet zijn vastgelegd, omvatten nog steeds lichamen en choreografie, maar ze zijn verschoven en verplaatst om een veranderend landschap te creëren. Uiteindelijk keren identificeerbare lichamen terug, met nog steeds sporen van deze reis tussen de verschillende vormen.
Florencia Demestri en Samuel Lefeuvre streven met Troisième Nature naar het loslaten van antropocentrische (= de mens als het middelpunt van alles plaatsen) automatismen in de zoektocht naar beweging, en in plaats daarvan te vertalen, via het lichaam, naar niet-menselijke of zelfs niet-levende bewegingen.

In the center of a circular set, we recompose a non-anatomic sensitive body, made of a mirror surface that covers each of us completely. A core, a concretion. Like a mineral form or a cluster of pixels and crushed digital images. This mass unfolds and contracts in space, going through a multitude of states, sometimes revealing humanoid or animal silhouettes before letting them disappear again in a much more compact form, creating fleeting and uncertain images along the way.
In the movements imprinted on this monolith from within, the bodies and the choreography are still present, but deviated, displaced, to become a landscape in motion... until the return, in extremis, of the identifiable bodies, still bearing the traces of this journey among the randomness of forms.
With Troisième Nature, Florencia Demestri and Samuel Lefeuvre aim to let go of anthropocentric (=humans as the centre of all things) automatisms in the search for movement, and instead translate, through the body, to non-human or even non-living movements.
