P.A.R.T.S.

P.A.R.T.S. - opgericht in 1995 door Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker - is een school voor hedendaagse dans in Brussel en maakt in haar programma geen onderscheid tussen dansers en choreografen. De school biedt twee opleidingen aan: een driejarig Bachelorprogramma Training en een tweejarig Masterprogramma STUDIOS waarin artistiek onderzoek en creatie centraal staat. P.A.R.T.S. helpt jongeren zich te ontwikkelen tot onafhankelijke en creatieve kunstenaars. 

P.A.R.T.S. is eerst en vooral een artistiek project. Het curriculum is gebaseerd op de veelzijdige artistieke praktijk van Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker en andere choreografen. Tegelijk is P.A.R.T.S. een laboratorium voor de toekomst. Kortom, P.A.R.T.S. wil een plek zijn waar een kritisch en creatief kunstenaarschap kan wortelen.

P.A.R.T.S. established by Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker - is a school for contemporary dance in Brussels which doesn't seperate dancers and choreographers in its program. The school offers two trajectories: a three year Bachelor Training and a two year residential program called STUDIOS. This Master program  focusses on artistic research and creation. The school helps young people develop into independent and creative artists.

In its essence, P.A.R.T.S. is an artistic project. The curriculum is based on Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker and other choreographers' extensive artistic practice. At the same time P.A.R.T.S. is a laboratory for the future. In a word, P.A.R.T.S. sets out to be a place where critical and creative artistry can take root.
