Ingri Fiksdal

Ingri Midgard Fiksdal (1982) is een choreograaf gevestigd in Oslo. In 2019 rondde ze haar PhD af in artistiek onderzoek aan de Oslo National Academy of the Arts.

Ze werkt momenteel aan een aantal projecten die het snijvlak tussen het post-antropocentrische en het dekoloniale vanuit een feministisch perspectief onderzoeken. Ingri houdt zich bezig met hoe praktijk en theorie in haar werk verstrengeld zijn op een manier waarbij geen van beide wordt gezien als anterieur aan de ander. Sinds 2020 is Ingri als artistiek onderzoeker verbonden aan het project CoFUTURES aan de Universiteit van Oslo. Ingri's werk was de afgelopen jaren te zien van Brussel tot Toronto. 

Ingri Midgard Fiksdal (1982) is a choreographer based in Oslo. In 2019, she finished her PhD in artistic research at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts. Currently she's working on a number of projects that research the intersection between the post-anthropocentric and the decolonial from a feminist perspective. Ingri engages with the way practice and theory are interwoven in her work, in a way where neither is seen as inferior. Since 2020, Ingri has been involved in the CoFUTURES project at the University of Oslo, where she is an artistic researcher. In the last years, Ingri's work has been seen from Brussels to Toronto.
